Two week trial & first month membership only £9.95 how it works...

You pay £9.95 for your first month and complete a regular £32* per month standing order membership form – the first £32* payment is due one month after your initial joining date.

If during the first 14 days of your membership you decide the gym is not right for you for whatever reason just let us know and your standing order will be cancelled and no payments will be debited from your account.

You can let us know in person at reception, by phone or online. We recommend you do it online at bizzfitness.co.uk/myaccount so you will get written (email) confirmation that your standing order has been cancelled.

If you don’t cancel within the 14 day trial period your membership application will be completed and your standing order mandate made active. Your first payment via standing order will be collected one month after your initial joining date


If you cancel anytime during the 14 day trial period your membership will be cancelled with immediate effect. This is not a free trial period, your £9.95 will not be refunded.

If you don't cancel during the 14 day trial period you will become subject to our regular terms and conditions of membership. Most notably we will need one months notice if you need to cancel your membership.

E.g.1 You Join The Gym & Continue Your Membership

You join the gym on 7th Jan, pay your first month's membership of £9.95.  At the same time you complete a standing order form.  The first payment from your account will be due on 7th Feb (it will be due on the same day of the month as when you join, in this case 7th)

After the 14 day trial period, unless you have instructed us otherwise, payments will be debited from your bank account on the 7th (in this example) of each month.  If you wish to cancel anytime in the future we require one months notice.

E.g.2 You Join The Gym But Decide Not To Continue

You joined the gym on the 7th Jan, had a few sessions but on the 17th Jan you inform us (by phone, in person or online) you have decided not to continue.

You membership will be cancelled with immediate effect, none of your initial £9.95 will be refunded.  Your standing order will not be submitted and no payments will be debited from your bank account, but thank you for giving us a fair trial.

As it is a standing order (not a direct debit) the payments are fixed and we cannot alter them at any point without your written consent.

We have a policy that when you join at a certain rate we will not increase your price for at least three years, even if we increase our prices for new members.

From time to time we do have special offers on short term rates but we assure you that when you commit to a standing order membership you will be getting the very best value.
