Off Peak membership means the hours your are permitted to use the gym are restricted to 7am-4pm, last entry is 3pm. It includes the exercise classes in the morning but not those in the evening.

We do not have a card processing machine. Payment must be made by cash/cheque at time of purchase. NO REFUND is given on short term memberships.

» Have You Considered Our Standing Order Membership

If you pay via standing order from your bank account your first month will only be £9.95. Your second and subsequent months will revert to the normal rate of £32 full (or £27 off-peak). Only one months notice is required to cancel.

Monthly membership is 20% cheaper than our short term packages. From time to time we do have discounts on our short term memberships but monthly membership will always be the best value.
